Go read FAQs on the Revolut site. Generally, if Valve is unable to refund to a payment method, as Zekiran said, it goes into your Steam Wallet. IE; store credit, top right, it will display to the right of your name if using the Steam Client if you have any balance.
"Yes, you can receive refunds directly to your Revolut card even if the card has been deleted or cancelled. Please bear in mind that a refund can take between 7 and 15 days after the merchant approves the refund to appear in your account."
I already sent steam support a ticket. But if they dont reply before the refund time limit (which I believe is 48 hours after purchase) Ill just go ahead and request the refund
The refund policy is two weeks after purchase, and you need to have played the game for less than two hours.
