Refund to disposable revolut card

Hello. I bought a game using a disposable revolut card yesterday and I want to get a refund. However, that card can no longer be used. I wanted to know if I refund to that card, would the funds go to my balance either way?

if it cannot be recharged, that's not a method you can use. It'll need to just go to your steam wallet.

If someone cancels their visa card, and gets a refund on that card, will the funds not still just go to the bank account? Or is it different with revolut?

This is a user forum.
Go read FAQs on the Revolut site. Generally, if Valve is unable to refund to a payment method, as Zekiran said, it goes into your Steam Wallet. IE; store credit, top right, it will display to the right of your name if using the Steam Client if you have any balance.

Disposable card = you can only use it once, and you used it, so it literally no longer even exists.

Disposable revolut cards arent single use. They just run out after some time and have a max spending amount.

"Yes, you can receive refunds directly to your Revolut card even if the card has been deleted or cancelled. Please bear in mind that a refund can take between 7 and 15 days after the merchant approves the refund to appear in your account."

I already sent steam support a ticket. But if they dont reply before the refund time limit (which I believe is 48 hours after purchase) Ill just go ahead and request the refund

The refund policy is two weeks after purchase, and you need to have played the game for less than two hours.

Hi GameDos, I made the same mistake and paid with a disposable card. Was this resolved on your end? Did you manage to get a refund and if you did how exactly?

if steam cannot refund to the original payment method, the funds will go into your steam wallet.
