i think my account was haked

Since you're still logged into the account I'd suggest changing your password and enabling Two Factor Authentication on a mobile device.

But considering you're not logged out I'm not sure why someone would login to your account just to add or download games.

Are you sure these aren't Free to Play games you may have accidentally downloaded?

Are these game servers by any chance? These show up if your library filters changes from showing just games to showing games and tools.

there are plenty of people who go buy USED Steam Accounts from 3rd party websites.

then they come here and complain by making excuses like

1) my account got "hacked, hijack"........etc by others

when in truth no such thing occur at all.

2) kindly remove my Game ban and/or VAC ban as it is a False Ban

such excuses are not valid reasons at all.

Are you using your account set up correctly? Do you have the library view set to show only your games, or are you showing game dev tools and such as well?

If it lists things like online tools, webkits and so on then yes, you are displaying all programs

Then how were they able to access your account? Told them your password? Didn't lock the Windows account?
