Sorry, but this product is not available for purchase in this country. Your product key has not been redeemed.
i first purchased a Civ V complete edition key from g2a and when i tried to activate it i got the error in the title, at first i thought i might have been scammed but then i bought another key from a seller that has 70k sales and 100% positive reviews and that key gave me the same error even though both of them were global keys. can anyone help me? is something wrong with my steam?

Glad you stopped at 2 purchases. Go check the g2a store page (I won't look, since I don't use that site) and perhaps the system requirements mention which countries it won't work in. You probably do have two legit keys, but you gotta find out exactly what the legal limitations are. If you visit a valid country and activate then it will play there, but when you come home you may have the game but you won't be able to launch it.
I have no idea why Ireland (it says so on your steam profile) would be restricted from that game, but perhaps you're not there at the moment.
Contact the devs, g2a or that seller and see if they have any insider info about how to make it work. Also there's the Civ V forum on steam.

Im actually in the US and yes my steam profile is set in the US as well and both of the keys should work in the US so this is why im confused as to why they are not working. the only conclusion i can come up with is something is wrong with my steam.

Chances are the site in question sold you the wrong keys. This is know to happen with such grey market retailers. They will often sell keys "cheap" that were obtained from restricted countries. Try contacting them to get a refund and buy from an authorized retailer or directly through Steam.

No one here can help you, since the key were purchased through a 3rd party.

This is why you should stick to Steam purchases or reputable sites. Notice how the name is censored here? That means it's a known problem place.

You can only work with that place, Steam has nothing to do with this problem. Contact them.

Regional key is most likely but if your county could be set incorrectly, though doubtful

Either your country isn't set correctly or as is usual with that site you got the wrong key.

See if the key was advertised as region-restricted on the store page. If yes, you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥ as you voluntarily agreed to buying a region-restricted key.
If the key is not advertised as region-restricted, contact that shady grey market place. If they got a sliver of decency (hint: they generally don't), they'll offer you a refund or another key. If they don't (hint: they generally lack decency), they'll make you go through hoops. Should they go this route, don't follow & issue a chargeback instead.

Tried 4 different global keys. From different sites.
