Is it a Steam support email or rather some phishing?

Check the full header of the email.

That is not from Steam. Block the senders and report.

I can write "From: Mike Messiah" as well. That can be faked easily.

Faking a sending address is surprisingly easy and should never be used to verify an email.

Is that your real account login name in the message ? If it is, you should take that down. And, if it is, you should ask yourself how they got your real account name if this a phishing email.
