Just wait for Steam Support to reply.
I see you said you are unaware of what the alert was caused by, apparently, but there are things that can cause an account alert where you need to take action still.
Sometimes, it's just a precaution they take "in case" fraudulent activity took place, and it's resolved pretty easily once you talk to Support.
As long as you did not do anything wrong, it's usually nothing to worry about.
Not sure about the "What do I do next ?" message......never seen anyone mention that here.
Feel free to post a screenshot of that if you wish, but do not have your account name in that where it is visible, if the name is there.
Here's the screenshot. I saved it on discord.

If you are trying to transfer the funds between those accounts you mentioned, that is probably it, yes.
It's the second account I have. Do you think I can still fix this? And take this a lesson and not doing it again?
This shows average times and load they have :

Yes, it's best to wait on Support and work with them.
As far as what others are doing listing high priced items, some might just be trying to sell them to someone crazy enough to pay that price.
And some might be trying to do the same thing that got your account alerted, and their alert is yet to come.
Not sure, but it's best to just focus on what they want you to do in your case.
I see. Thank you. I also bought an item from 1 of my friend through trade since he needed money to pay for his mother's Covid payments. After that, he sold his account to one of his friends from Vietnam and I'm guessing he reported my account for fun. I hope Steam is not one sided community. :((
That violates the legal agreement to even have a Steam account. But again, that's surely not related to your issue, but I can't know for sure.
