What download regions are best for faster downloads? 2022

The title says it all. I live in an apartment building that has decent wired internet and my max Mb/s is 6.1. I have tried multiple different regions FAR from me to no avail.

I had issues at first with downloads too, I have extremally good wifi and would constantly go from 150-200 Mbps to 0. I looked at some other forums and many recommended the South Korean servers. I'm connected directly to ethernet and get ~300Mbps consistently after switching to the Busan server!

Change to Africa-West I get from 80 to around 103 Mbps
