i can't add lost ark

Hey there, so ever since the f2p launch i am trying to play the game but i can not add install or play the game. I go to the store page for lost ark and when i click the “play the game” icon, then the lost ark store page is refreshed and nothing happens. i tried reinstalling steam updating my drivers and turning off my anti virus but nothing helps. on the other hand every other game i tried to install worked fine. can you help me please

Sounds like a bug on the server.
I can't test it for you due to Region Restriction. I cannot even find the game as such in the Steam Store.
(they claim its due to gambling laws; keep in mind Genshin Impact is legal here)

If you are in Japan, PMAG has publishing rights to the game there. You can't get the game through Steam.

The developer didn't even bother trying to get it authorized for sale in your country.

No, I live in Turkey and my account area is Turkey, but I can not add Lost Ark to my account, I try everything
i can find it in store , i can click play game but it has no effect and the game is not added, only the store page refreshed
