Offline Accounts

I am taking a trip and want to play games on the plane. I have two accounts because of how one vendor sent me the key for a game, but want to merge the accounts together. I know this is not possible, but has Steam considered a fix for this because I have to log into each account to play in Offline mode (and not easy to do when on a plane with no wifi?), which is really frustrating. Any fixes?

Refund the game back to your credit card if possible (else it goes into your wallet). Then have that account buy the game as a gift for your main. Hopefully that doesn't trigger the potential money laundering account lock that people have mentioned from time to time.
Once your new account has the game you can forget the other one, but nobody really cares if you have two.

There almost no reason to have multiple accounts to begin with, unless these are the reasons to doing so.

- Smurfing on match making games.
- Wanted to hide certain games so others don't see you own it in your main library.
Or etc...

For workaround, launch Steam with online connection, then cut off internet access, don't turn off laptop, or shutdown Steam app, can been suspend laptop to save power, but again if it shutdown Steam then it pointless. Another work around is having dualboot on system, or using virtual machine to boot your other game account on that has it own library.

This kind of why you don't want multiple accounts really.
