authentication problem
for some reason, my steam application on my pc won't push the verification code email through even though it had no problem with signing on the website and my steam app on my phone. new computer.

What email provider do you use ? Some of them have been seen to cause this issue sometimes.

I'm not receiving a Steam Guard email…

Make sure that you are watching the correct inbox for the email address associated with your Steam account.

If you are not receiving the e-mail at all, check your spam filters and spam inbox.

Please try adding "support@steampowered.com" and "noreply@steampowered.com" to your contacts or trusted senders list within your email client and request a new access code.

Even though Steam instantly sends an email, you may encounter a delay with some email providers depending on their server load and processing times. Please contact us if you have not received the verification email after 3 hours.

actually, my email was glitched. i checked my spam folder and it said empty so i logged out and logged back in and all a sudden, i have 23 spam emails. 4 of which were the steam email. didn't know my email can glitch like that. got the code though. in case it happens to others, i run hotmail. thanks for the help.

try contacting steam support about this issue they have helped me before
