its also possible that he removed you from his friendslist (then you don't see him in yours either)
Edit: There are plenty of people who use the profile name "K gamer".
apparently a lot are from South Korea.
Edit 2: just a few examples.

Just use search.
Edit 3: So I checked you friendslist since its public anyway, and there is one person who has a profile id number instead of a name there:
https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199000610078
Is this the friend you were talking to?
Edit 4: I am starting to wonder if I should bump the thread so that they know there is more / new information. (idk if they're checking)
Check under Historic Friends using a third-party website. For instance (and specifically for you), like this one: https://steamid.uk/profile/76561198169884786.
Or alternatively, you can go to your Steam installation folder and look for them in your localconfig.vdf file. It's located in your Steam pathway --> userdata --> [Your Unique Number] --> config --> localconfig.vdf
Open the localconfig.vdf file using Notepad++ or Wordpad or the like and then you can search for your historic friends from there if you haven't reinstalled Steam or moved to another computer or anything. I even just tested this method again just to make sure and it works just fine in finding old friends.
Hope that helps. Good luck!
localconfig seems to not care though, if it is a current or previous friend.
and it also seems to have putten everything I followed between friends.
like, every game. xD
edit:
Steam: "Games are your friends. Look at how many friends you have!"
Me: "owo"
