If that doesn't work then its not primarily a heat problem, unless its dust bunnies.
There are many many steps to tuning Windows... and they kept increasing every time there was a new version. Entire books have been written on it.
Basically disk check, ssds are best, full ram, decent fan airflow, wired internet connection through cable, (not satellite if you can avoid it)
Uninstall junk programs, turn off wifi if you're not using it. Examine and carefully set the programs that you see on services.msc...
The list is incredibly long as Windows is a complex beast, so firstly confirm your hardware is all straightened out. After that its all Windows tuning. (Also have you considered Mac or any variety of Linux?)

You have plenty of RAM, so that might not be it, but still it's strange to see your page file almost taken up.
EDIT......................................
If that seems to help the issue, I would then suggest you go to the official manufacturer's website for the motherboard or PC (prebuilt) and make sure you have all the latest official drivers installed and up to date.
You can't always trust Windows Update to do this correctly, if you use Windows to update your drivers.
Also, disabling needless background processes might help with your gaming, if you have them. Examples are here, as well as what can actually cause issues with Steam or games :

I will try to increase the page file....what is a good number? Im not really a good tech guy.
PS - my computer at work is worse than this one and it ran fine there
