Is your account still locked? It doesn’t seem to be to me.

Looks like you have one or more alt accounts, so are you sure you are not confusing one of them with this account being locked ?
JlB4U Oct 10, 2018 @ 5:49pm
Are my tickets automatically closed ?

They don't just close tickets without addressing your issue and helping you. Can you please answer our questions above ?
cSg|mc-Hotsauce Oct 10, 2018 @ 5:55pm
They do if a user has been answered multiple times already.

I see lots of activity on OP's profile and alt profiles of possible scammers so there "are" cases where tickets get closed automatically if the account is compromised. There is not really anything so far, maybe, that suggests this is relevant. But I thought I should mention it in case.

Tickets can be closed automatically if an account is compromised, depending on the exact situation.

EDIT..Well, not "automatically" but by the hijacker or one that is in control of the account at that time.

I were not posting from the locked account. Sorry if it confused you.
This account is the locked account. The one with a damn red alert on the top. There is no possible confusion.
Well, I opened an other ticket : HT-KHBK-6JY3-9XG6

https://ibb.co/jPWDpU

After 18 hours, it is still active.
Is there some ways to reach someone at support who wants to help ?
Cathulhu Oct 11, 2018 @ 12:59pm
The ticket is the only way, literally.

So, maybe you should have mentioned that this happened 3 years ago?

Making dozens of alts to pretend you're someone else and hten trying to get your main unlocked isnt fooling anyone

Your account committed fraud. You have been told this DOZENS of times by support. They are NOT going to unlock it because you keep insisting magically that it was not used for fraud.

Your tickets are being closed because you are spamming support with the same question thinking its going to give you a different answer.

The answer is still the same

NO

Stop spamming the forums under your alts

Stop spamming support with your 'requests'

That would assume the OP was actually being honest about their request. Something they've never done in the 3 years they've been spamming the forums about their ban

If there is only Satoru at support, well I have no chance :)
Your vision is biased by a post on reddit wrote by an IMPERSONATOR who were "revealing" he scammed people or used a fraudulent card. That's the problem with you it seems.
Personally I never revealed a fraud. I made mistakes but I didn't fraud. I have been negligent on my last trades and I can talk and bring proofs about it.
After more than 3 years, I hope it could be possible to reach someone at support able to make the difference between a scammer or fraudster using a stolen credit card and a fair trader who have been negligent on his last trades. I think I can recognize my mistake but a life lock + 1000$ of items + 100 € of wallet for negligence is a lot.
I still hope there is someone at support able to understand that and searching for some help to resolve my issue.

You would think after years of asking the same question, you'd realise that the answer doesn't change...ever.

In case our memory has failed you. Maybe re-read up on all your prevoius requests that were correctly denied.

Personally I never revealed a fraud. I made mistakes but I didn't fraud

Well whatever your 'mistakes' were they were obviously not 'minor' and were classified as fraud. You might consdier that your 'mistakes' were in fact a direct contributor to your account being flagged for fraud.

SInce you already appear to know why your account was flagged for fraud, why do you persist in insisting that it wasn't fraud. You obviously knew exactly what you were doing and got caught. If you expct support to change its mind and pity you, feel free to keep waiting. In the mean time your constant spamming of support will likely warrant account suspensions on all the alts you decide to spam with

Also if you keep lying on the forums about your situation in the hopes of some kind of pity parade happening, note that your post history is public and archived on the way back machine too just in case. Enjoy your noteriety for all eternity.

After more than 3 years, I hope it could be possible to reach someone at support able to make the difference between a scammer or fraudster using a stolen credit card and a fair trader who have been negligent on his last trades. The answer doesnt change when dozens of different people look at your case and come to the same conclusion.

The answer is the same. because the answer has always been correct.

I still hope there is someone at support able to understand that and searching for some help to resolve my issue.

Your issue has already been 'resolved'. Your account was used for fraud and will not be unlocked.

The answer was the same in 2015.

It was the same in 2017.

Its the same now

Your cases are locked because you are spamming support. I can only assume you are trying to beat Kaby at being the 2nd person on Steam to have their account manually disabled for harassing steam support to the point where such action is required.

Why would a Steam account be suspended?
Check the contact e-mail address for your Steam account to see if Steam Support has contacted you regarding the reason your account was suspended - accounts may be temporarily suspended pending verification of purchase information or account ownership.

Steam Support does not automatically contact the owners of suspended accounts in most circumstances.

There is a Zero-Tolerance policy for any violations of the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Online Code of Conduct. All accounts in a user's possession for any of the following activities will be suspended:

Payment Fraud

Any fraudulent credit card use, credit card chargebacks, or Paypal chargebacks (regardless of when the transaction occurred).

https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=5406-WFZC-5519&l=english

Zero tolerance means just that...so, stop asking.
