My fps suddenly became low on all games. Then I noticed that my GPU fan is not working. And as soon as temperature reaches 95°C fps drastically drops.
Please go to the top of the steam library window and click HELP > SYSTEM INFORMATION and paste the ENTIRE list here. That will give a better overview with hardware, drivers, and the like that might shed some light. But also be specific about what games you're trying to run.
Have you EVER been able to run those games on that EXACT computer? Was this before or after you updated any part of that computer - the operating system, drivers, hardware, etc?
Yes, it is another way to display your specs, and if you updated drivers using Windows 10 (and I don't see your OS in your specs), then it is possible you have on-board graphics being updated also, and causing an issue with the dedicated GTX 1050.
Not unless you have a 240 Hz display, no you were not. A counter simply telling you that you are getting that many FPS does not necessarily make it so. If your display is only 60 Hz, then it is impossible for it to render 120 FPS, without using GeForce to modify that with the features available, if so.
