ps.
most laptop owner learn fast use repair connection.
that will not work with signal at 1or maybe upto 3 , 4-5 signal seem to have lesser issue.
so cable test maybe ?
Going wired is generally the best strategy. Otherwise you have ot use very bad methods of improving wifi like either a Mesh network, or using god awful things like Powerline
concequence of this , hardcore gamers dont use wifi.
Note you do not get VAC bans for leaving games
You may get some temporary cooldowns like in CSGO but that is not a VAC ban
VAC does not detect behavioral infractions such as griefing, leaving games, etc
Again fine but don't call it a VAC ban because that's very different. I don't really need more people in the csgo and vac forums insisting that their 7 day cooldown is a vac ban
maybe someone report people and they rage quit sametime , then you will get both i think.
sure there are diffrence with anti cheat as vac ban, and cooldown. but that was i ment you left game, for lost connection., and hover that unplug power , there is no excuss, you still lost connection.
Reports have nothing to do with VAC.
Other anti cheat systems have nothing to do with VAC.
Loosing your connection has nothing to do with VAC.
Stop lying and spreading misinformation and then trying to defend yourself when you get caught red handed.
You still haven't edited that part where you are simply WRONG!
If we leave magnetic polution out (if thats a factor)
Mesh just halves the throughput and might affect the ping. But its playable.
Wired is best though.
Might have had some setting that reverted to default. Wifi is by nature, pretty awful simply because it gets destroyed by electrical interference in your household. It won't noticeably be affected by things like a CD player but high power items like fridges, older tellies, heating units and so on can complete destroy your signal.
It might be in your case that the channel setting was changed and it's defaulted to something that isn't that populated. I know, it's a long shot.
Alternatively, it could simply be that you hadn't got a good connection with the card in its slot, and that can ALSO pick up or generate it's own interference.
