Date that steam key was redeemed?
I think I’ve been scammed. I bought a steam key from a third party seller. It was invalid. I contact them, they give me a new key, it’s already been redeemed. I tell them, they say try again, I say I’ve already tried 3 times and send a screenshot. They respond open a ticket to steam, ask them when the key was redeemed and provide screenshots. I’m not finding any way to do that and no information on the web either. Steam just sends me to a self help when I go to support, and anything about CD codes say contact the seller. Is there a way to actually do this or am I just screwed?

Yes, it's a scam. They are asking for that information because they know support will not give it to you. Dispute the transaction through your bank.
Support isn't going to provide that detail, and the seller knows this. If you can, issue a charge back on your credit card or PayPal. Don't use them anymore.

Stick with sites like isthereanydeal.com for reputable places to buy keys.

They are fobbing you off. Dodgy third party sellers do this all the time. Depending on how you made the purchase you could try a chargeback with the payment provider.
The shady scam site (known as a gray market reseller) knows that they have asked you something impossible. Support can not and will not provide any information about already redeemed keys.

Here is what happened: The site you bought the key from is run by scammers. Usually these places will resell keys that may have already been used, or were bought with stolen credit card info and were therefore deactivated when the chargeback went through. The scammers who run the site gave you the runaround by asking you to do something impossible in the hopes that they can shift the blame onto Steam when they are the ones who screwed you over. they are trying to buy as much time as possible in the hopes that they will be able to keep the money you sent them BEFORE you are able to issue a chargeback.

Your next step is to issue that chargeback, and then stop using shady unauthorized key resellers. When buying a game, only buy from official sources. A good list of sellers can be found here: https://isthereanydeal.com
if i recall correcltly bank can pull back payment for several days/weeks depend on bank/ country i think. you might want to go that way. fast. if your bank still have transfer rights back to you before time runs out. ( that thirdpart site will do anything so time runs out )

Welp. Good to know.

I bought the game on g2a with another game (that worked. It was from a different seller.) so I was charged for both on my account. I don’t know if I can still dispute that. G2a says it has a money back policy after 7 days of sending a ticket to the seller, but I doubt that’ll work because “there isn’t enough evidence.” Looks like they got me good. Luckily it was was only a 10$ purchase (Abt. 5$ each)...

If everything else fails, issue a chargeback with your payment provider. Don't send any tickets to any sellers, your business partner is G2A, not their seller.
Don't circumvent the filter, that site is filtered because of reasons. You're not the first one who has happened this on that site. You know a site is bad when developers actively tell people they rather have that people pirate a game than purchase it on that site.

Sure you can. You paid for two games. You only got one. Fraud. Charge it back. Also, that particular site is a haven for stolen or fake or redeemed keys. ♥♥♥♥ them.

Fact the site name is filtered and you had to deliberately bypass the filter shows why its filtered in the first place.
Yup. Never using it again.
That seller also knows fully well that Support cannot provide such information so even 5+ years later and after vowing to improve, they are still screwing users and allowing used codes to be sold to customers.

Even if codes work, there's nothing to suggest that the game was obtained via fraudulent means in which it could be revoked down the line too. Best to avoid such sites because you'll just end up losing the game and your money or being outright scammed.

You bought from a known shady reseller. You say they have a money back policy, but look at what they pulled when you attempted to get them to abide by the policy. They gave you the runaround, jerked you around, and brushed you off by sending you on a fool's errand. They're just making excuses to not refund your money and delay you.

Go to your bank ASAP, explain the situation that you bought from a shady site and didn't know they were grey market key resellers until after they failed to deliver the product. The bank will want to know if you tried reaching out to them to resolve the problem that way. Your answer to this is yes, you did, and tell them all they did was jerk you around, refused to issue a refund, and sent you on a fools errand which they know (as well as everyone on the Steam forums know) is totally impossible.
