Do you have two trades listed, one successful and one canceled? Likely both trades will look like they're going to the same account.
You gave away your login credentials (likely in 3rd party fake login site),
You send the offer,
The hijacker cancel your offer, then create new one to another account impersonating your cousin

So when you have control over your account, don't break Steam's terms of service like this.
As others have said, you could be phished (if you've ever logged into one of those skin gambling sites, almost certainly, that's why they exist). So to be sure, follow the steps they've laid out already and do it CAREFULLY. Do not miss any steps.
Secondly, if the trade was shown as cancelled at your cousin's end, then it's more likely THEY'RE the on with the phished account in which case, show them this thread and tell them to get on it.
Like other mentioned, accounts probably compromised. Do what Zekiran said. Both of you.
Yeah, thats the important part of the scam. Give you a stupid reason to trade away all your skins for free to someone. With the full access you've granted them, they just switch the target to one of their own accounts.
