steam support
I did open a ticket for over than 17.5 hour, and I get no answer about refund, still I did delete the ticket and opened new one and now it is for 3 days without any respond, can anyone here explain why steam support is being irresponsible

Maybe so, but my point stands - using your self as a metric is WAY too small to form any sort of data. Simply put, I could equally use ME as an exmaple to counter you, by saying "well, it's never happened to me so you must be wrong".

See? It gets us nowhere.
