But problem i have is that having frequent login attempt from certain country then have steam guard code from email.

Maybe once a week i had the email.

I have changed password more than 3rd time but not working
suprised that everytime they know my changed password
and thanks to Steam guard they could.not login my account.
I want prevent login attempt from specifi country login.

Look at the email carefully. Is it your exact account login name that is being used in it?

Furthermore, no it isn't possible (afaik) to ban a whole country or region from logging into your account. THat wouldn't serve much purpose anyway as spoofing can happen anyway. It would also likely hurt other users too if such a thing were implemented in Steam, as some have variable IP addresses.

Do as Hotsauce says, and report back.

But understand that as long as they don't get access to your password, they can't do anything.

I've had these from time to time.

Your solution to someone "knowing several passwords" would be to block logins from specific countries?

Anyway, if you use auth app, you dont get emails about attempts for that account.
Or if you use email auth, change the email. If the emails arrive at old email, they are also fake.

No and even if you could it'd be pointless when it's so easy to appear to login from and country. If the attempts are from someone running a phishing site that you've tried logging in on or malware collecting your data. The creators would just update those to collect a users country of origin that they could then use each time the attempt to login to your account.

Check the email carefully. Possible it's a fake email hoping you'll click a link and visit a phishing site where they get your details.

Or you've got Malware on your computer. Do all of these to ensure account is secure.

Scan for Malware/virus https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/
Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Change your Account password on a secure device, mobile phone for example.
Generate new back up codes https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

One of my country's email site provide preventing overseas IP. So that there would be similar function in Steam.

Thank you again
