selecting items from cart to purchase

I have about 6 games in my cart but I don't want to buy them all at once. There does not seem to be a box for selecting which ones I want to buy now. So how do I do it without removing the ones I want to buy later?

You can't.

Use a browser or open them in new windows to add back to the cart after removing them.

You can't as far as I'm aware.

It's designed to be the place you are wishing to buy NOW. Not leave it and pick at it piecemeal. I know many people use it as a kind of wishlist, but if you want to buy some and leave others, your best bet is to stick the ones you don't want now on your wishlist, or simply scribble them down on a note.

Thanks for quick reply. It is a shame, if Amazon and eBay and others have that facility, I would have thought that Steam would too. I will have to think on how to save them without losing offers and so on. The wishlist does not quite cut it.

Control+click or middle mouse click store links to open a new window. This will preserve your spot in the search. Not the same as what you want but useful.

I think it's largely because it's a different beast - all goods on here are digital software. For the majority, such a feature would be pointless. So I guess that's why.

It would be nice to have more options though.
