Play games that still have card drops available, or buy them off the market, or trade them with friends.
Although this isnt what you asked, I'll include it as a bit of advice going forward:
The best way to level up and craft badges and so on are not how some people think - buy cheap games to get cards. The better way is to check out games on places like Humble Bundle, Fanatical and so on.
The reason for this is that those crap games that go for pennies don't attract buyers or traders, so you get rather stuck. But games from charity bnundles are damned cheap, yet are FAR more popular.
And here's the double whammy to that too - as they are more popular, the chances of getting those cards traded is greater. But on top of that if there's more people doing that, the chances of booster packs is greater too.
Which is another - albeit slim - way of getting more cards, though you obviously have to rely on pure chance. And the higher level you have, the greater the chance of getting booster packs.
I missed day 2 on a few accounts.
