so you need just 90 xp go craft a badge

It can take time for things to accrue. Give it some hours then check again.

So? Bear in mind we're in the Summer sale. Things REALLY get hit hard so you can extend that delay further.

Also, the shopping badge does not give EXP each time it levels up.
Its 100 XP the first time it unlocks ( first purchase) and then 50 XP per stage.
So if you moved from 10 to 25 games owned badge it gave you at max 50 XP.

Ah ok, i stand corrected. Only shows directly on the badge page, not on the profilre for some reason.
