119 minutes of gameplay can i have a refund?

Just bought Mordhau and i find it's not enjoyable. Besides, the lantency is terrible :( around 280-380 always red, actions are deplayed. I've only played it for 119 minutes (unintentional) but the problem is in the refund page it showed that i've played for 2 hours. Will steam approve my refund request? any one experienced? :(

The limit is 2 weeks/2 hours, and 119 minutes is less than two hours.

If it shows you have played for 2 hours, then that is the maximum playtime allowed, so yes of course you can refund it.

But playtime is not the only requirement.

The maximum acceptable refund limit is 2 hours of playtime and 14 days of ownership. 119 minutes is actually still acceptable for a refund

However, you have reached over the 2 week ownership limit. You can still try and refund it with the "I have a question about this purchase" option over at the refund request page and then explain your situation there.

Was it a purchase on Steam or did you activate a product key? The badge that Hotsauce linked does update every time you buy a game on Steam as its counter goes up.

I purchased on Steam. The badge last updated when i got 5 games in the lib this one is the 8th.
