A normal artist/marketer/designer would just have the dog exposing it's belly. Whoever included a red rocket in the picture blatantly did so for a reason and that's worth pointing out.
Okay so you going to buy a game or not? Because soon enough it'll be gone and that'll be that.
If I lay weird like that, you'd think I had a hard on too.
Are you a person that complains about everything if it doesnt suit you? If it offends you?
Dont like the internet? Stay away from it.
There's literally no energy put into it. A friend of mine showed it to me and asked if I'd seen the weird sale bg and I posted a very blunt and unemotional question here out of curiosity. I even pointed out my line of thinking, such as maybe it being somehow tied to a game and I don't know.
Seems to me you're the one who's so insecure they're trolling about the info/help forums looking to instigate pointless fights. You seem to have a really thin skin of threads like this can work you up.
Talking about someone elses posts while being the only one overly concerned about this.
And yet, here I see people actually defending the thing? Have we really sunk that low?
They sunk so low they filed fraudulent reports that had to be reverted just to defend that picture.[puu.sh] But somehow I'm the one focusing too much on it when essentially all I wanted was an explanation.
I'd have been fine with "it's from one of their games" or "It's a weird character trope, a horny dog from ____ one of their series".
But instead you have whiny circlejerks performing outstanding feats of mental gymnastics to help cover up a dog erection and it's extended pushed out anus.

"The mood" can be anything the dog is excited or happy about. Company is over? Yay new people! Playtime! Yay I love playtime!
I think it's weird that you're trying to sexualize it. Hell, your comment isn't even accurate for humans, either.
We're talking about a cartoon. If it was acceptable to reproduce a dogs sexual organ in cartoon form it would be pretty prolific, wouldn't it? Can you point me to some examples? Snoopy, Marmaduke, Skooby do? I must have missed their happiness.
Regardless of what stimulates it, it's an erection. It's an engorged sexual organ that doesn't need to be conveyed on a cartoon dog without any context or reasoning. Trying to say an erection doesn't represent something sexual is one of the stupidest arguments you can make.
Although it's such a harmless clipart, you could interpreted in an amusing fashion, perhaps that the dog is so excited about the sale.
Edit; (added to avoid double post)
I'm sorry to insult you as the opposite gender explaining to you how an erection works but men do get erections after a good night's sleep. It's a biological function, the blood circulation gets worked up and the genitalia fills up and hardens.
Nothing sexual about that.
