if i ask for refund of the game i play i lose the save?

Well I play the crew 2 and made a mistake buying it instead of buying the deluxe edition I bought the normal one but if I ask for a refund do I lose the game save?

Games will store their save-files locally or to Steam Cloud.

None of these are deleted/removed in any way upon refunding a game.

The same applies to achievements and play-time accumulated.

Files saved on your computer are not removed by the refund process. Although files stored in Steam Cloud might be (I am uncertain).

You should avoid uninstalling the game until you have re-bought the version you want.

This is so that users who play a game during a free weekend, but buy the game later, dont lose their progress. Since a free weekend ending is functionally a 'refund' of the game

Nothing, but you don't get extra's of what you already own, so you could potentially waste money by buying the package.
