How can i not get +18% fee i use Steam inventory helper while listing for sale through google

You can't. That is how Valve profits off that game. No way to circumvent it and the market isn't designed for you to profit off of.

You'll always get fees for selling items. HOw do you expect Valve to make money on it otherwise?

Remove your account name from the picture.

Then, read the "Fees" section here...

15% is for Steam. 18% is tax for the country you live in. Some tax online purchases like that, some dont.
You seem to live in a country that does.
Really not Steams fault.

Because:

India’s definition of digital goods: OIDAR
India employs a Goods and Services Tax of 18% on all digital goods.

Does 18% only applicable for csgo item or some others too because it never happened before only on csgo

Can only blame your government for slapping their tax on it.

Steam sale cut is 15% that's all there is to it, if anything else that be country, state, or province, wanting their cut as well. Steam can't fight them on this as they have no legal powers over this, either they cut you off, or they obey their law.
