Every time someone disagrees with you, you take the default position of block the troll and ask others to do the same. Whether it is in this instance about email or the Steam Client. When you do this any credibility is lost with regard to the points you raise.
You are free to choose any email provider BUT Valve and any other company can block and not allow that email address to be used.
Are Valve anti consumer or simply having the same right to choose as you and have very good reasons to block the email provider.
Conspiracy is all well and good but who then do you turn to when things go wrong?
You're the one that dragged random political crap into a question about an email domain. If you can't stand the fire get out of the kitchen.
That's really childishly naive.
No, I'm not at all annoyed, bothered, offended or even remotely moved. I'm merely advising you of FACT. I never even stated I agreed with it, did I?
I made NO stance on it.
And I'm not liberal, I'm left. I know that confuses some Americans with their twisted system, but that's strictly what I am (generally Labour or Green Party).
And no, the ideology is not based on "more choices". That's NOTHING to do with the left at all. The difference between the left and the right are simlpy this - the right takes the stance that everyone should be independently responsible for their own well being, if you will, so they keep as much of their income as possible and pay their own way for any misfortune or pitfalls that come their way.
The left takes the stance rather like insurance - that you put a bit of money into tax to pay for the eventuality that should things go wrong or you suffer misfortune, there is this "insurance" to pay for it.
This is why us in countries with socialistic things have health services that costs next to nothing. Because we pay for it through small taxes. Last time I went into hospital, for example, I called out an ambulance, chose to go to the hospital of my choice, where they had me in A&E dosed up for a couple of hours before being scanned and going up to a ward for 3 days before finally going home one evening in a taxi they called for me. Fed well in all that time too. Tiotal cost ZERO, including the taxi.
Because I'm on benefits I pay about £2 tax per month. But there's other small taxes like VAT on goods.
That's the difference, not choices. I don't know where you got made idea from.
In any case, none of this changes the fact that I was advising you of fact, and my mood had nothing to do with anything in any case.
