For example, if you have ever played Skyrim, or watched vids of people playing it, you know it has a HUGE amount of loading screens. When different zones have to be loaded in a game, then that type of game "usually" will perform better on an SSD, as the data transfers much faster to and from an SSD. So the different zones might load faster in that case.
Other than that, it does not really matter so much. Main thing with HDD or SSD is that you do not want to fill them up too much or all the way. Drives need some free space on them, or you might have problems.
If your Steam is on an SSD, and that is where your primary library is now, then you can just make a second library on the HDD, and then move all your games there from the SSD if you want. Use the feature for the game in the properties menu from your library, and navigate to "move install folder".
Right click the game, then properties, then local files. "Move install folder" is on the bottom, but first you have to make a second library on the HDD, if that is what you want to do.
Feel free to ask for further help if needed.
and when you say "The Feature" what do you mean?
Sorry if i ask any repetitive questions, i don't really know if they've been answered before.
When I said "feature", I meant feature of Steam to move your games to another drive, if you want to. Steam has a backup and restore feature also, that you can find by cilcking on Steam in the top left of the client.
These are "features" of Steam. You can backup games, move games, create other libraries for games on other hard drives, etc.
Have a great day!
