Lost all games and account

I changed my password and signed into steam and my games on steam have now disappeared and they are now asking me to buy the games again, but it shows I was active today on the game.

Are you sure you're on the right account? The one you're using right now only owns two games.

I only have one account but I cant access them every time I press to play it gives me a price tag of 44.99

That's what they always say.
Check your email receipts. There is the account name of the account that actually bought those games. Compare that to your current private account name you used to login into the steam account.

DO NOT POST AN ACCOUNT NAME HERE!

You can have more than one account on the same email so if you have any historic correspondence associated with your other games then the account name should be on there.

OP it's either
A) You made more than one account, and you forgot.

B) You were family sharing with someone, or with your alt account and forgot about it.
