It should be obvious, but just in case: that covers the Steam store only.
Pretty sure that number is just current year to date.
TotalSpend is over the lifetime of the account.
OldSpend was anything before 2015.
PW is only for Perfect World users.
TotalSpend is buggy. It wasn't showing for me the last 6 months but today, I can see it again. Other users noticed this as well.

Just a couple of threads where the issue was brought up.
Also understand that Market sales are not counted in the totals if you spent that money.
TotalSpend comes from the amount you added to or used to purchase things on Steam using an external payment method.
It does not count the profit made from Market sales or game keys added.
Interesting - I see neither Total or Old. Just a number which is about 10X lower than what I've spent on STEAM in the last 13 years.
