Put money on the wrong username, what to do, Steam support is silent for 6 hours
I put money through the Sberbank Bank apps, accidentally at the end of the login is written neta letter, wrong letter , and Steam is silent, what should I do I took money on credit to buy the game and accidentally threw it in the wrong place ..

This is between you and the payment processor, not Steam/Valve.

So you send money over your bank to someone else on your banking? How is that related to Steam at all? Steam wouldn't have your money if you sent it to someone else, and Steam isn't going to help either as they don't run Sberbank, only Sberbank support can help you.

Or Are you talking about Steam wallet gift funds, you selected the wrong friend in your list, that you manually click on? https://store.steampowered.com/digitalgiftcards

You're missing the point.

If you send money from YOUR bank account to ANOTHER bank account, this has absolutely nothing to do with Valve, any more than it does with Amazon, or Tesco's.

There are only three parties involved - you, your bank, the other customer.

So you need to sort it out with them. Either you misunderstood the clerk or they got it wrong.

How on earth do you expect Valve to do anything? They don't have control over your bank account.
