With anything that could fall under an updating issues like this on Steam best rule of thumb is to leave it a few hours and check again.
That game has Profile Features Limited tag on the Store Page. It does not count as stated.
There was other games that I had completed all achievements though since last week. That never updated my perfect games score. I've even been checking to make sure that the games that I've mastered hadn't added any new achievements to them. But no new achievements was added to them. Still mastered all achievements to ones I've groups into a category.
I don't really understand. Why doesn't any games that has achievements like that goes towards your perfect games achievement showcase?
If a game has the "Profile Features Limited" tag or "Steam is learning about this game" tag they do not count for many of the community features. That's because they're new, have very little sales and as such are limited to prevent trading card abuse among other things.
This was introduced after - you guessed it - abuse in the past. Idiots were uploading those "non games" which had thousands of achievements just to milk the system. So Valve introduced this to offer a buffer.
Whether it will or how long it takes, I can't say. Nobody knowsd their criteria for checking.
