You'd have to ask in each game's forum. There may or may not be methods to extract them, it's not the same for every game.

Game dependant and no guarantee you'd even be able to extract/convert them.
For example Shadow of the Tomb Raider doesn't have any sound files you could attempt it on. Sounds are mixed with all the other files required in large files. I'm assuming on a per level/location basis though that could be wrong.

The only audio files you can get with ease would be the OST if you purchased it.

D:\Games\steamapps\common\Shadow of the Tomb Raider\content\OST

The Witcher has a sound/audio folder with various different sub folders. The files themselves are in OGG format. OGG is a container format and the format of the actual audio inside can vary. There are ways to convert OGG files to other formats, for example into mp3 format. Though depending on the internal format the result may not turn out well and maybe not work at all.

So even if you can find them as separate audio files it'll be 50/50 as to whether you could get them into a usable format.

It doesn't have to be crap quality though.

Let's assume you can't find the files and/or you can't extract them meanigfully.

Analogue recording should work fine - just don't use your phone. Use the PC you have. You can either use recording software to record the stream of audio directly that is being played, or at the very worst you can plug in a microphone to your PC and record it off the speakers themselves.

I've done things like this many times, including plugging consoles into Minidisc players to easily manage sound files into bite sized ringtones and such (for my daughters).

There is absolutely no need to use your phone and get poor quality. You should be getting no noticeable degradation using recording software.

Something like Audacity should work fine, I think.
