Thats plain not possible. You cant remove them without removing the games and programs they are associated with.
Also, you ALWAYS had these tools, the new UI just makes them more visible.
Nothing has changed.
So untick the "tools" view option and get on with your life.
Or remove all games that have "tools" from your account.
Your choice.
Everyone has the tools even if you don't have the associated games, so removing the games won't help.
But yeah, the tools can't be removed in any case, so OP is simply out of luck if setting them to Hidden isn't enough of a solution.
Just deslect "TOOLS" from your library view
