Gifting Cooldown

Hey, my friends having a problem where he gifted before, and immediately trying gifting another person. Is there a cooldown on gifting?

there is a cooldown on purchase attempts that can be triggered. what's the error message they are getting?

Then that's likely servers being clogged up/to busy to complete. Tell him to wait a few minutes and try again. Just like the error tells him too.

"Sorry, some kind of error has occurred. Your purchase has not been completed. Please wait a few minutes, and try again later."

Something to that nature ? That says nothing about it being related to gifting. That's just a generic message that can be triggered in many purchasing issue cases. It's usually best to do what the message says first. You can surely find this message using the forum search feature box in the top right of the main subforum.
