is there ANY way i can bypass the market restriction?

This is my alt account just for tf2 and i haven't been on it for a while, now i wanna get back into tf2 and get some hats, but i can because there is this market and trade restriction, its really anoying.
My question is can i somehow bypass it?

Well, i have a steam guard on my phone and i have put some money in the account and now i need to wait 7 days...

The 7 days is part of the requirements.

And be glad it's only 7 days, it was 30 days before Valve changed it.

They would bypass this security in a second and a half if they could. USE the security. Understand that you're the weakest link in Steam's security features. only you can control where your info goes, so never put your steam login and credentials ANYWHERE but STEAM.

Literally one US penny each year covers that restriction. You don't have to buy games to meet it. It is ANY purchase on your account and for any amount.
