There are like 20 different of those so you would need to be a bit more specific WHICH "AMD Radeon R5" you have.
While they are pretty much all terrible for gaming there is still a difference between the lower and higher tier models in performance.
Just tell us what CPU you have EXACTLY, then we can deduce the integrated R5 from that.
