Types of Games that Able to Run on an AMD Radeon R5 Graphics Card

I have a few games I have played in the past, and some that I would like to play. My problem is that I am not entirely sure what games will run decently. So far, I have played all of the Star Wars: Jedi Knight games (except for the original Dark Forces), both Knights of the Old Republic games, Star Wars: Empire At War Gold Pack (with very occasional lag,) Star Trek: Voyager - Elite Force 1 & 2, and Age of Empires III: Complete Collection (also with very occasional lag). I am curious to know if it would be possible to play Fallout New Vegas or Skyrim Legendary Edition with my current graphics card. I have a feeling I might just need to save up for a decent-ish upgrade, though I thought I would just see what anyone has to say. Thank you in advance.

The problem is "AMD Radeon R5" is not a graphic card. Is a series of integrated graphic solutions on AMD CPU.
There are like 20 different of those so you would need to be a bit more specific WHICH "AMD Radeon R5" you have.
While they are pretty much all terrible for gaming there is still a difference between the lower and higher tier models in performance.

Just tell us what CPU you have EXACTLY, then we can deduce the integrated R5 from that.

These are the specifications I was able to find (and understand):

Adapter Description: AMD Radeon(TM) R5 Graphics

Adapter RAM: 512.00 MB (536,870,912 bytes)

AMD Dual-Core Processor A9-9410 with TURBO Core Technology up to 3.5 GHz

8 GB DDR4 Memory

Other than that, everything else I have looked at is total gibberish to me.

Looking it up, the A9-9410 is even less powerful than even I would have thought. The exact graphics for it are AMD Radeon R5 (Stoney Ridge).

You'll be fine with almost any game released before 2003-2004
