Friends List "Join Game" and "View Game Info" missing

As the title says, my Join Game and View Game Info are missing, i know i saw them before, but recently they disappeared again.
Yes again, it came back for a while but are gone.

Mine have been missing for months.
I did a drive update and moved all my steam folder and games from one drive to another and it came back for all of 1 day then was gone again. :/ really surprising there hasn't been a fix for over a year so far.
Used to be able to use the old library but they patched that out too >:|

If your friend has their gamelist set to private that function will not be available. Same goes for you too. Friends cant join you if you a have private game list.

This is obviously not the case as most of my friends have public or friends-only lists, the features just go away due some steam bug. It's not dependant on the person I am right-clicking.
