In this case if the transaction of the games are outside the refund policy, then you can't really expect a refund.
You're free to try to submit a manual ticket for refunds but your more likely get denied because this isn't an game, or software issue.
You can always come back to your games when you get a new VR headset. VR are getting cheaper slowly, example Oculus Quest 2 is only $299 that has double the pixies count of the Oculus quest 1, as well support 90hz.

You choosing to sell hardware that would allow you to play those games in VR is your choice and your responsibility.
Also, you seem to be omitting the fact that the games must also have less than 2 hours of gameplay as is also a requirement for refunds. Strangely, we see that often here, where the person asking only seems to mention one of the requirements, but not both. (14 days AND 2 hours of play)
