I already noticed avg put some problems with games and i have already a couple of games in the exception list, but it never did this quarantined file, i used this antivirus for a quite long time and never did this issue
For example, even if AVG is totally uninstalled, it may leave behind AVG Protection, which depending on what version you have, can be a totally seperate process or program.
So some antivirus programs come with much more than the antivirus itself, and can leave behind conflicting process sometimes, even if disabled, uninstalled, or exceptions made.
Fix all conflicts and/conflicting software then reboot. Then verify the game files for all games affected.

EDIT...
People smoke for a long time also without issues, then one day they get lung cancer.
That is not an attempt to be rude, but to show you that new issues can come up where they were not present before.
If you have turned the computer on, and connected to the internet, then things are not as they were "before". New conflicts can present themselves later, even after you used that software for a long time.
It's not just with AVG either. There can be others as well.
