My steam knife just disappeared out of my inventory.
I was just looking around at people profiles and I posted my knife on csgo lounge and then someone added me and said you have no items in your inventory. I was like yea I do and I check and boom it was gone and I randomly had a nontradable tf2 item and he was like haha go away. And I was like what happened and he I friended me and I couldn't find his account. Also I check me trade history and there was nothing at all. What do I do? It was a $160 knife and it was a stattrak m9 bayonet case hardend.

No because my brother looked on his steam account and looked at my inventory and it was gone too

On this account no csgo inventory is shown at all.
So a bug
or
wrong account

Just to cover the possibilities here, you did not click on any links sent to you or anything like that right ?

You did not gift over your inventory to have it "checked out" or anything suspicious like that, right ?

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ has nothing to do with Steam, and many users have been scammed when using that website. Easily proven by using the forum search here.

No I haven't did none of that and csgo lounge doesn't take my item it only shows it

If you are sure you have not done anything similar to what I posted above, then listen to the good Muppet here. The message actually says "This inventory is not available at this time. Please try again later.."

So, maybe try later.

It shows on csgo that I have it but not my inventory

He seems to have launched CSGO. I wonder if that somehow "refreshed" the inventory, and cleared the bug ?
