You do know using VPN to make purchases is against the rules right?

Steam wallet is a default payment method, if you got funds in wallet, it will automatically try to use those funds, doesn't matter if you saved your credit card, or bank transfer those will always be the 2nd payment method. Add item to cart, when you check out, it will ask if you want to use your Steam wallet, and if you haven't provide them an name, and address, you see a form you need to fill out, then you can use your Steam wallet.
I had no option, I had to use PayPal to add fund and PayPal was not available in my country. I changed to Canada where my friend will add the fund to it and after she's done adding I can\t revert the region or steam wallet. Its not like I was trying to pay any less for anything. In fact switching to Canada had me pay more dollars comparing to USD. So what to do to change the situation now? Its been 10 days.
Wait, your friends add the funds to your account?

You do realize your friend could've just sent you Steam wallet funds? Sending Steam funds is not region restricted at all. It will auto convert her currency to your currency when she sends you Steam wallet funds.
https://store.steampowered.com/digitalgiftcards/

If you meant you wanted to give her funds, then I get it, but there should've been another bank transfer option for you as a payment method I assume, if you don't have credit card. Anyways contact Steam support as long you didn't buy any games, or etc, I think you shouldn't have a problem, but don't quote me on that.

Anyways to change region, you make a payment at cart, as long it detects what your IP region it is for, it should work with your payment when you use it, and should ask you info at cart checkout when buying something, but that going off what the A&Q page.

You make no sense. Steam wallet is always the default payment method no matter what, if you have funds in Steam wallet, it will always be used 1st before any other payment method no matter what.

If you're trying to redeem a Steam wallet code, you go to account details then click add funds to steam wallet, then click redeem wallet funds.
https://store.steampowered.com/account/redeemwalletcode

If you're trying to add Steam wallet funds to your account by a payment method such as credit card, or bank transfer you go to your accoutn details, then click add funds to Steam wallet, then select the amount you want to add to your Steam wallet.
https://store.steampowered.com/steamaccount/addfunds

Also here update for changing region.
https://store.steampowered.com/account/change_country/
Your country is part of your Steam account settings. Your country setting affects what you see on the Steam store, the currency you see prices in, and the currency of your wallet.

If you have moved to a new country, or are living abroad for an extended period of time, you can update your Steam country setting when you complete your first purchase using a payment method from that country. If your location differs from your current Steam account store country setting you'll have an option to change your store region while you view your cart or as you complete your purchase.

When changing a region, you must use an external payment method once to verify your new location. After that, Wallet will be available again.

To be precise, a external payment method that is registered in the country you want to change store to.

dont bypass the filters, that site is blocked for a reason
Dr.Shadowds 🐉 Aug 2, 2020 @ 11:43am
It shouldn't change your region if you redeem Steam wallet. If it does contact support as again shouldn't change your region by redeeming wallet code.

What this goes by is where you're at, and the payment method you use, when you make the purchase. It does say if you change region it will ask you, when you check out in cart.

Sorry Mosquito, but you're not going to get any help here for using that site - as Wolf Knight points out, that dodgy site is blocked for a reason.

And the reason is that they use codes which are stolen or paid for with stolen credit cards and are notorious liars when it's pointed out to them.

So, what would happen if you bought a key from them and it turned out to be stolen?

First off, the game simply gets removed from your Steam account, leaving you out of pocket.
Next Valve may now be watching your account to see if you buy dodgy keys again (because it IS a clear breach of the rules you AGREED to). If you continue, your account can get frozen and you're locked out permanently.

Not only but in a case like yours, where a key doesn't work, you can only go back to the place of purchase. And they sometimes refund, and often don't. That's why they sell that dodgy "insurance" - a feee to solve a problem of their own making and totally against EU law.

So, if you don't the gist by now, DO NOT use them. It's a terrible idea for devs, it's a terrible idea for Steam, and it's a terrible idea for you.

Yea, just tell your friend that link I posted, and if your friend ever want to give you funds, can use the Steam wallet gift fund option, to give you funds.
