Without ANY knowledge or information on your tastes, how are we going to offer you anything more than you can get by just searching Free to play games on the store. There's no context for us to go on, so people will suggest ANYTHING.
That said, if you could offer something I can refine my suggestions, but I'm a sucker for value for money, so I won't play pay-to-win nonsense.
So, Path of Exile (as suggested above) - a great Diablo like game that is so easy to use without spending a penny.
Lord of the Rings Online is you're into MMORPGs like World of Warcraft. They have a weird way of paywalling content and it takes a bit to get your head around, but the beauty of it is that you earn currency as if they were achievement points and you can spend that to buy the expansions and content. I've polayed it for a few years on and off and although I've paid for a few months subscription (VIP) I've yet to spend any money on content and I have all but the last two expansions.
If you're after something a little less loinclothy, then there's always Phantasy Star Online 2 - I've only recently starting playing this (and that's on Xbox One) so you would need to check if it's in your region. If you're not familiar with the series, it's as scifi as it sounds. It's a follow-up to the massively successful Dreamcast game. Co-operative shooter, basically with a fair amount of RPG.
That's three to start with, but if you let us know more, we can help you better.
i m sry tht i dint specify anything
well, i am jst about ready to play anything that is good and can run on med spec pc rn, so i jst wanted to see what others liked
Well, there's your first thing. What are your system specs?
Be stupid to suggest stuff you can't play and you'll be wasting everyone's time.
You see?
Think about what you like - don't be embarrassed, tell us your system specs, and so on. ANYTHING that narrow it down helps.
well, these are my pc specs:
64 bit windows 10
processor: i5 3340M 2.70 GHz
8 gb ddr3 ram
intel hd 4000 graphics
well, if i had to choose a genre i would go with fps or hero shooters
thx for your time btw :)
Sadly, most games will not work with that as it's not a supported graphics chipset for gaming. A lot of people fall foul of this, as those laptops are generally cheap but they are not for gaming (which is why they're cheap).
So, sorry, you can maybe narrow that list down to Path of Exile and that's about it, as I doubt the others will run.
You may find some games will actually run, but the problem then is that being unsupported, they run like crap, and there's the added problem that one update can turn your game into completely unstartable.
Sorry, but there's no way round this. It's a new laptop or PC. At least 95% of all games on Steam simply won't work with that.

I'd especially recommend
- Beneath a Steel Sky
- Treasure Adventure Game
- Savage Empire
- War Wind
ok, thx so much :)))
You did the right thing though - you asked here.
I wish there were anicer end to this, but that's sadly not possible,
Feytharn does make a very good point though. There are a wealth of genuinely great old games out there which may well run on your PC. So what I recommend doing (if this is acceptable to you), is going to Metacritic, list PC games and choose the "all time high scores" section.
If you can refine by year you can go through and pick out some of the more insteresting ones you wish and scribble them down and investigate them further by looking on Youtube, etc.
Then places like GOG may well have them and if they're not free, they're usually DAMNED cheap.
Also excellent point.
try team fortress 2
