Background help: how do i make this a 1920x1080 background

The default background? Just set your background to Default blank background in your profile settings.

It's not the default background. its more grey and has black dots. It isnt on the steam market but people have it as their background. Im really confused on how to get it

Looks like the default background for a non-private (or friends only) profile? When I view my alt logged in I see the one OP links. When I incognito view, i see the old normal default.
