But I have a low end Pentium Win 10 laptop and in that even with 8 GB RAM the Java minecraft (not Win10 version) is unplayable at 1-5 fps @ 1366x768 with standard graphics settings (did not try to minimize graphics and not using optifine).
With my old desktop PC with i5 650 3.2 GHz 8 GB RAM and just a GTX 750 Ti (at low end of gaming graphics) minecraft would run hundreds of fps @ 1080p if I did not have it throttled to 120 fps.
So minecraft can run decent with a decent GPU, or good CPU with integrated graphics. But a low end Pentium (or Celeron) laptop that works fine for watching streaming video may struggle with minecraft.
You won't get any good acceleration for that off an Intel GPU.
You need a dedicated AMD / NVIDIA GPU for most games to be honest.
CSGO is old and actually less demanding than even MineCraft is.
You Laptop is suitable for basic office/work/school use and multimedia; that's basically it.
Not for Gaming.
most game developers only give a rough guide to what specs you need for gaming! A few years ago with my old school pentium 4 and ati 2600xt gpu i could max out games which required dual core cpu and a better graphics card! But struggled with games where i met the requirements.
There are 100's of factors to take into account i.e some games require better cpu, some better gpu, some games do not support intel gpu's there is a lot to take into consideration.

The "compare" options are in the top of the page there.
Also, the helpful user above is correct. There are many things to consider. Basically, read the store page requirements on Steam. Then compare them to what you have. It's not always about hardware, though. Software and drivers for hardware are important also. And you have a laptop. Heat is always going to be a factor.
