Report a translation problem
Remove any folder paths listed, uncheck the Scan options, and click the Reset Database button to empty it.
Big picture mode also has audio settings that include ambient sounds and music that are separate settings from in the client settings options. Open Big Picture Mode and make sure they're turned off too.
I occasionally press something awry and end with up with the most bloody bizarre soundtracks playing from time to time.
