Steam wont send SMS verification codes
Hi, i recently reinstalled my OS on my computer. When i tried to login, it asked for codes. I can't login because my mobile authenticator is also asking for codes (logged out because of factory reset). I tried to remove my mobile authenticator but the steam wont send me the SMS. It said "An error occurred trying to handle that request. Please give us a few minutes and try again.". Can anyone help me? i'm now posting this on my account that still logged in on my laptop. thanks

Forget the SMS and remove the mobile authenticator using the recovery code you got when enabling it.

Then log into the mobile app using one of the backup Steam guard codes that you printed back then.

Ah, i think i lost it too because of my drive failure. Is this sms not sending also happening for everyone? the sms was just fine and i can receive the sms a couple days ago.

I've contacted the support and my issues has been resolved. Thanks for the help and replies guys :)

Ya, ntar mereka minta screenshot bukti kepemilikan akun (misal kartu kredit, debit, CD-key, kode voucher steam wallet dll)
