My computer is bricked
Ever since the latest EDGE browser rolled out that changed icon into a surf wave my computer have been bricked because of it.

Whenever I load my profile or my library on steam, steam stops responding and crashes.

If I open a website, it freezes for 5 minute before it loads up.

If I click on any folder or app in start menu it takes forever for it to react and load/start

I have BSOD dozen times since the update

If I try play ANY game, it always is the same result and "bugs"
The render shader graphics dont load at all / or loads super slow, the voice on NPC is delayed and appears like 10-30 secs after it suppose too, all game icons in ANY game doesnt load until 30 secs later, (including guns/weapons in fortnite, and items in RPG games like elder scrolls etc.)

Character models dont load, just a "black figure"

The list goes on.. its literally unusable my PC right now because of this fcking EDGE update and ive tried everything to get rid of it. Is there any solve for this and have any other got the same issues since MS rolled out this worst update in history?

Install firefox. Set it as primary browser.
Get usefull addons that increase security. That way you get rid of edge

First off, if your computer was bricked, then it would not function at all. Since it functions and posts, it is not bricked. Bricked means un-repairable. The issue you have is repairable.

Are you sure its actually edge causing these issues? What makes you so adamant that Edge is the culprit causing these issues??

Also MS Edge is something that is basically part of the operating system and cannot be removed easily without breaking anything. Edge is just a browser, nothing more.

Since you are having issues with rendering, chances are you just need to reinstall your graphics drivers.

Answer the following:

What is the error code when you get a BSOD?

How long have you had windows installed? Has it ever been reset? If so, how long ago.

Are you using the latest drivers for your system componenets? Motherboard drivers, graphics, audio, etc etc.

Have you ever updated your graphics drivers?

Have you checked the system event logs after this error has occurred? Event Viewer can show you where the error occurred.

Don't count out that other parts also got an update. What are the error messages on the blue screens?

is opening task manager possible? if so look for an app that might be using 100% of your CPU. My friend had a similar issue a few days ago

On Win 10 it's Sysmain (formerly Superfetch) that can be a real prick and system stopper.
If that one is causing issues, you can turn it off through the Services.

You can turn it off anyway. It has no use.

There is also one called Services and Controller app. it sometimes freaks out and uses 60-90% CPU power. It's usually triggered by a malware "antivirus" software called Segurazo antivirus or SAntivirus. There are guides on the internet that help you with uninstalling it.
To be specific, a bricked device actually means that the device's OS has been broken otherwise it would just be called broken. When a device becomes bricked and it's powered on, an error or something similar will show up on the screen signifying that it's no longer by any means able to function in any useful way. Bricking does not apply to software, applications, or however you want to call it. If you still don't understand, IF IT'S BRICKED, IT'S USELESS!!! And if you're stupid enough to believe that it can only happen to computers, well then you're more retarded than you think. Bricking can happen to any device that is programmable, this means Computers (PCs), phones (Android or Apple), tablets (The iPad is a tablet with an Apple OS), ETC.

Not sure the thread needed this information 2.5 years after it was created.
