We need to know more details from you. When you say you've tried different ways to fix it - what have you tried? Please explain EXACTLY, and what if anything, happened.
Then are you connecting via wifi, or cable? If possible change to cable. Does anything else download ok on your PC?
I doubt that this is the issue you're getting but you could try this before reporting back with more details:
Press Windows Key + R to bring up "Run"
Type "cmd" (without quotes) and hit enter to bring up "Command Prompt"
First, type "ipconfig /release" (without quotes) and hit enter.
Second, type "ipconfig /renew" (without quotes) and hit enter
Lastly, type "ipconfig /flushdns" (without quotes) and hit enter
